New Olive Oil tasting on the notes of Puccini
You cannot miss a visit to an old olive mill and Olive Oil tasting, especially during harvest time. On the hills overlooking the Puccini Lake in a XVIII century villa surrounded by olive groves and farm houses. Have lunch on the lake in the villa which hosted Giacomo Puccini when composing his famous operas. In the afternoon, walk on Puccini’s footsteps, visiting his Villa-Museum and newly renovated theatre.
Daily excursion and Pic nic in Chianti
Visit a biological farm, starting from wine, to olive oil, to wheat for fresh pasta and bread, to Chianina beef and Cinta Senese pigs breedings, to honey and organic products. After visiting the premise and the fields, a truly Tuscan tasting, based on the farm own products.
On the way back, stop to visit one of the most striking medievel monuments, a miniature XVth century Jerusalem, and then at the Bocelli Wineshop.
Pasta and chef!
Visit a world famous Pasta factory in the small village of Lari ( “Spaghetti”, ”Penne” and ”Maccheroni”) made by slowly kneading with the best durum-wheat and cold water. Learn about the process and listen to the stories of an old family-based company.
In the evening our chef, Giuseppe, will cook at your premise the perfect dinner to remember about your stay in Tuscany for ever!
